Return Policy

Our custom-made and personalized signs are hand made to order according to the customer's specific requirements, and cannot be returned for a refund unless the products are damaged or defective upon arrival.

Neon Kiss offers returns and refunds for products purchased from our online store with the following conditions:

  • All products are unopened and in their original condition
  • The return is within 28 days of purchase

* Store products do not include any personalized or customized signs. Customized and personalized items are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Damage during transit: 

In the improbable event that your sign has been damaged in transit, we will ensure that a resolution is provided. Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery of your neon sign to be eligible for a replacement. Damage or faults reported after this time period will follow our general returns and refunds policy. 

*Note: The delivery date is the courier delivery date which can be found by following the prompts in your tracking email.

If you believe your item has been damaged in transit and you are within the 48 hour claim period please send an email to info@neonkisssigns.com with all of the following:

  • A clear photo of the damage to the sign,
  • An unboxing video 
  • Clear photos of the box & any damage to the outer box (From multiple directions including all the sides), 
  • and a clear photo of the shipping label on the box.

Return shipping costs:

  • If your sign is faulty Neon Kiss Signs™ will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • If you have changed your mind, return shipping is not covered and will be at the cost of the customer.

Warranty

Thank you for purchasing a neon sign from our online store. We are committed to providing you with high-quality products. This warranty sets forth the terms and conditions under which we agree to repair or replace any defective neon sign purchased from us. Please read this warranty carefully.

Neon Kiss Signs™ indoor products include a 1 year warranty which covers electrical components when used appropriately. Neon Kiss Signs™ outdoor products include a 3 month warranty which covers electricity components when used appropriately.

Warranty Coverage:

Covered Items: This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of the neon sign during the Warranty Period. It applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Warranty Claims:

To initiate a warranty claim, you must notify us and provide us with a detailed description of the issue, along with supporting evidence such as photographs or videos.

  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, when submitting your warranty claim.
  • Return of Defective Product: If we determine that a return is necessary, you will be provided with instructions for returning the defective product to us. The return shipping costs may be covered by us, depending on the circumstances.

Warranty Remedies:

  • Repair or Replacement: Upon receipt of the defective product, we will evaluate the issue and, at our discretion, either repair or replace the neon sign with a new or refurbished unit of equal or similar value.
  • Shipping Costs: We will cover the shipping costs associated with returning the repaired or replaced product to you within the original shipping destination.

Exclusions and Limitations:

  • Negligence or Misuse: This warranty does not cover damages resulting from negligence, misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, accidents, or acts of nature.
  • Normal Wear and Tear: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including but not limited to fading of colors, minor cracks, or changes in brightness, which may occur over time.
  • Third-Party Products or Services: This warranty does not cover any issues arising from the use of third-party products or services in conjunction with our neon sign.
  • Alterations or Repairs: Any alterations or repairs performed on the neon sign by unauthorized personnel will void this warranty.

Design & Specifications

Sizes listed on our website are approximate and may not be exact. The size of your sign may not be exact. The color of your sign may vary slightly to what is shown on our website.

Shipping

Orders take 10-14 business days, including shipping.

Shipping Costs: 

Shipping costs are added at checkout and are calculated according to your country and city.

Delivery Address: 

It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery  address details during the ordering process. Neon Kiss Signs™ will not be held responsible for any undelivered or misdirected shipments resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by you. 

International Shipping: 

For international orders, additional custom duties, takes, or fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and may vary depending on the destination and country’s regulations. Neon Kiss Signs™ is not responsible for any customs-related fees or delays. 

* It is important to note, once the shipment process is initiated and the package is picked up as per the given time limit, any subsequent delay within the process of shipping is beyond our control. In the occurrence of any such event, we can not adhere to the given timeline, but a Customer support expert will be appointed to provide thorough and undivided assistance for the same.

Exceptions: 

  • If the size of the product is more than 45 inches then there could be some increase in transit time by the shipping company.
  • The above-mentioned timelines do not apply to bulk orders (More than 2 pieces), since additional production time is required in such cases. 
  • There might be a slight delay during the holiday season, or any contingent event or unforeseen climatic disruptions, Transit time increases by the shipping company.
  • If your order is misplaced or lost or stolen, kindly do not depend on the above-stated timeline as further time is required, to trace, locate and deliver the sign at the desired location.

Lost, Stolen & Missing Signs/ Package:

Neon Kiss Signs™ takes all mandatory measures for secured delivery to our customers. We ship via DHL Express which requires a signature on delivery. Please be aware that if you choose to opt out of the signature on the delivery requirement, Neon Kiss Signs™ will take no responsibility for lost, missing, or stolen items that have been marked as ‘delivered’ by the shipping service. Hence it is recommended to closely follow the procedure of delivery and provide a valid signature.
